Heritage (2025 Polish TV Series)

Heritage (original title: Scheda) is a 2025 Polish crime drama set in the coastal town of Hel. The series begins with the death of retired naval captain Johnny Mróz, whose unexpected will disrupts the lives of his three children: Hanka, a struggling business owner; Paweł, an ambitious local politician; and Maciek, the estranged black sheep of the family. Seven months later, the discovery of a headless corpse in nearby waters leads to an investigation into the Mróz family and their long-buried secrets. The show weaves intrigue and suspense with the tense atmosphere of Hel’s tight-knit community, unraveling a tangled web of love, betrayal, and envy as the family confronts the truth or risks being plunged deeper into darkness. The series stars Magdalena Popławska, Grzegorz Damięcki, and Bartosz Gelner.
