The Equalizer 3 (2023)

After destroying a Camorra drug operation at a Sicilian winery, retired intelligence operative Robert McCall is shot and left badly wounded. A local police officer rescues him and takes him to the quiet coastal town of Altamonte, where a doctor helps him recover. McCall quickly grows attached to the villagers, but the town is being terrorized by Camorra brothers Vincent and Marco Quaranta, who want to drive residents from their homes and turn the area into a commercial development. With CIA agent Emma Collins investigating the winery’s drug operation, McCall abandons his desire for a peaceful retirement and wages a one-man war against the mafia to protect the town.
