We the Wine People (2026)

We the Wine People (2026) is an American feature documentary directed and produced by Chrisa Giorgi about Virginia’s wine industry and the growers, winemakers, educators, sommeliers, and advocates building its modern identity. Rather than focusing only on bottles and tasting notes, it explores land, labor, climate adaptation, history, hospitality, and collaboration across the state’s wine communities.
