You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah (2023)

Stacy Friedman and Lydia Rodriguez Katz are lifelong best friends who have always dreamed of celebrating unforgettable bat mitzvahs. Their friendship is tested when both girls develop feelings for the same popular classmate, Andy Goldfarb. Jealousy, middle-school gossip, Hebrew school drama, and the pressure to plan the perfect party gradually push the friends apart. As Stacy makes a series of hurtful decisions, she begins to understand the importance of friendship, family, responsibility, and growing into herself. Before her special day arrives, Stacy must admit her mistakes and decide whether she can repair the bond she nearly destroyed.
