Agarwood Like Crumbs (沉香如屑), also known as Immortal Samsara, is a 2022 Chinese xianxia fantasy romance drama based on Su Mo’s novel. The story follows Yan Dan (Yang Zi), the last descendant of the ancient Four-Leaf Scorpion tribe, who cultivates into human form. She falls in love with celestial warrior Ying Yuan (Cheng Yi), but their love is tested when he is critically injured during a war with demons. Yan Dan sacrifices half of her heart to save him, but he forgets her and professes love to another, leading her to forget him for 800 years. In the present, she encounters his reincarnation, Tang Zhou, a demon hunter. Together, they fight evil forces and recover lost memories of their past love, seeking forgiveness and a chance to be together again without experiencing more pain.
