GET JIRO (2026 Cartoon Series)

In a near-future, post-apocalyptic Los Angeles where every experience has been digitized except taste, food becomes the last irreplaceable luxury and chefs rule as warlords, influencers, and drug dealers combined. At the center stands Jiro, a stoic sushi master operating out of the Outer Ring’s strip malls, bound by the shokunin code: his obligation is to the fish, the rice, and the guest, not to factions or brands. When a customer’s soy-sauce sacrilege ignites a chain reaction, Jiro is pulled into a culinary turf war between Bob’s globalist “International” and Rose’s militant “Vertical Farm,” forcing him to choose between craft and survival.
