Octogenarian and The 90s (2021 Chinese Drama)

Octogenarian and The 90s is a Chinese family drama set at Sunshine Home, a small, warm nursing home founded by Grandma Lin. When Grandma Lin is diagnosed with late-stage liver cancer, she entrusts the home to her granddaughter Ye Xiaomei, a carefree post-90s youth. Around the same time, slick salesman Guo Sanshuang places his grandfather in the facility to sell health products for easy money. Their clashing personalities and generational mindsets spark conflict with the elderly residents but also breathe new life into the home, as each elder’s hidden, touching story slowly comes to light, teaching everyone about dreams, love, and responsibility.
