#I’m Looking for Zombie (2026 Anime Series) - Season 1 (Episode 1 Added)

Season 1 (12 episodes, Oct–Dec 2026) opens as Aki, Haru, and Natsuki depart their village, quickly overwhelmed by the scale and hazards of the outside world. Early episodes establish their dynamic Haru’s strength, Natsuki’s aesthetic pragmatism, Aki’s determination while introducing Yū and Sakura after a zombie ambush. Mid-season arcs focus on scavenging runs, base-building in a home-improvement store, and encounters with other survivors like mechanic Tōka and commander Takamo at Ueno Base. Later episodes escalate toward Mikazuki’s arrival and revelations about Aki’s father’s promise, balancing action set pieces with character-driven humor and moments of awe at rediscovered human ingenuity.
