Season 3 premiered on August 2, 2026, on Paramount+ and consists of eight episodes, released weekly through September 20.
The season begins with Joe and her team joining a covert operation in Ukraine to seize a valuable asset. Although the mission succeeds, the threat follows Joe back to Washington, D.C., where she quickly realizes that she and the people closest to her may be in grave danger.
Season 3 expands the story from a single infiltration mission into a wider conspiracy involving hidden networks, foreign operatives, and personal betrayals. Joe must determine who can be trusted while working under the direction of CIA supervisor Kaitlyn Meade (Nicole Kidman) and Deputy Director of Operations Byron Westfield (Michael Kelly). Secretary of State Edwin Mullins (Morgan Freeman) also remains connected to the high-level political response.
