Summoning Sylvia (2023)

Larry’s friends kidnap him for a bachelor-party weekend at a supposedly haunted mansion in upstate New York. According to the house’s legend, Sylvia murdered her son Phillip a century earlier because he was gay, then buried him beneath the floorboards before an angry mob killed her. During a séance, Larry and his friends accidentally summon the ghosts but their party becomes even more awkward when Harrison, Larry’s straight, ex-military future brother-in-law, arrives unexpectedly. As the spirits turn hostile, the group must uncover the truth behind Sylvia’s crimes and work together to survive the night.
